MWM Financial Awareness is designed to be a low-friction educational resource. We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the platform.

• Questions submitted through the platform — When you submit a question to Journeyman Joe, that question is stored so that it can be answered and shared in the public Q&A for the benefit of the whole community. See the section below on anonymous submissions.
• Usage data — Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and general geographic region (country or state level). This data is not tied to your name or identity.
• Local browser data — Lesson progress (which lessons you've marked complete) is stored in your own browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We do not require you to create an account or provide a name or email address to use this platform.

Questions submitted to Journeyman Joe may be submitted without providing your real name. We encourage this. The goal is to create a space where workers can ask any financial question without embarrassment or judgment — regardless of where they are in their financial journey.

While anonymity is encouraged, please be aware that IP address or other technical metadata may be captured as part of normal server operations. Submissions should always be kept general and educational in nature.

Information collected through the platform is used solely to:
